How do I set up an account?

What is your standard pricing?
Please contact us at SERVICE@CRRGINC.com or call us at 800-687-9030 for detailed information about our pricing. Competitively priced, we also offer discounts for volume. 

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. 
 
When are payments due?
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
  
When will I receive an invoice?
Invoices are sent out at the end of each month. If an invoice is needed earlier, please contact us and we will send it then.  
 
What areas can you service?
We offer our services nationwide including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico.
  
What is the average turnaround time?
 Depending on the availability of the record, orders placed within the Dallas/Fort Worth area are usually turned around within 24 hours or less. For orders placed in Harris County, our average turnaround time is 2 hours. For all other areas, our turnaround time is generally 24 to 48 hours.
   
What are your delivery methods?
Your order will be sent electronically unless certified copies are requested. We send certified copies via USPS, FED-EX, USPS and other carriers upon request.  If you prefer to receive your order via fax, please just provide your fax number on your request. We will be glad to send it however you need. 
 
How do I place an order?
After you have set up an account, you can utilize our easy order online system to quickly place your orders. Simply, fill in the required information. You will receive a confirmation page confirming receipt of your order to your e-mail address. Your order will then be sent to you electronically.
 
I can’t find what I need listed on your order form. What should I do?

 I made a mistake or need to change my order. What should I do?
Please e-mail us at SERVICE@CRRGINC.com or call 800-687-9030. We will be glad to make any changes necessary if the order has not yet been processed.
